Religion
Religion is a very important aspect of our lives. The christian religion is the predominant religion of the people of Bala. Perhaps about 98% of the population profess the Christian faith. it is estimated that all the other religious beliefs including Islamic religion will be about 2% of our population
Christian Denomination
There are probably over 14 churches located in our community. Meanwhile the two main churches are the Roman Catholic (RC) Church and the Evangelical Presbyterian (EP) Church. Other minority churches include the New Apostolic Church, Narrow Gate Church, Church of Liking God, White Cross Church, Global Evangelical Church, God's Kingdom Church, New Testament Ministries among others. Sunday mornings are usually quiet in our community because most people go to their various churches to fellowship.
Easter Fundraising for the Community Center
As part of the preapartion towards virtual Fundarising event towards our community center project, The entire community is using the occasion to join in the event. it promises to be full of fun. Several activies will be part of the event all in the bid to raise enough funds for the project.
